Brighthouse has collaborated with Universities in developing different sensoring solutions. We have supported also two project teams in their activities.

  • Collision avoidance system for robots/drone to avoid obstacles
  • Stereo camera vision to detect and map obstacles
  • System functions also at high speeds
  • Supports trajectory and pathfinding

Example project ANDI

  • Autonomous robot using Time of Flight (ToF) distance measurement
  • Map creation with advanced algorithm and sensor fusion
  • Exploration of unmapped areas
  • Support for navigation by created map
